A Silt Fence is a fence made of geotextile fabric that has been entrenched, attached to supporting posts (see T-Posts) and sometimes backed by a plastic or wire mesh for support. The fence then detains the sediment-laden water promoting sedimentation behind the silt fence. Edge Tech Products (ETP) offers a variety of sizes and weights of silt fence for any application.
